Simon has a huge influence in the industry having built a thriving lettings portfolio with a wealth of experience in property and finance, and a commitment to outstanding customer service.

A realist with a mindful approach in providing an honest, reliable and accurate service that not only pleases all his landlord clients but their tenants all the same.

A qualified member of ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) with continued studying of the industry required standards showing the willingness to succeed and expand in what he sees as a thriving business to anyone who is involved with property.

Don has first-hand experience of managing portfolios in excess of 400+ properties in and around the Cheshire and Manchester region. Don actively sources properties for buy-to-let clients with strong yields and brokers deals between developers and investors. Using his wealth of knowledge in this field Don has helped landlords increase their portfolio’s significantly growing from one unit to five+ in a short period of time.

Don oversees the company’s expanding rental portfolio ensuring the quality of service whilst understanding the needs and requirements of our landlords and tenants at all times.

Don brings with him a subtle no nonsense approach who settles for nothing but the best outcome for our clients along with a caring attitude that brings stability to day to day management.

Lucy has marketing and administration background spanning the last 10 years in the property industry. She also has experience in hospitality which gives her the edge when it comes to customer service. Lucy dots the i’s and crosses the t’s helping us to keep a smooth operation at all times. Lucy’s happy is being creative and especially loves the great outdoors.
